You must be at least 18 years old to use Happy & Married. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Happy & Married provides tools to help couples strengthen their relationships through weekly marriage check-ins, insights, and recommendations.

Some features are available only through paid subscriptions (“Premium Features”).

We may update or change the Service over time, including adding or removing features.

Premium features are available by subscription. Payment is processed securely through third-party providers (such as Stripe or app store payment systems).

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account settings; cancellation stops future charges but doesn't issue refunds for past billing periods.

All content, trademarks, and materials on Happy & Married belong to H&M Ventures, LLC or its licensors. You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of any personal content or reflections you submit. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use anonymized or aggregated versions of your data for analytics, research, and product improvement.

We will never publish your personal information or identifiable content without consent.

You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service's code or content.

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree that we can collect and process your information as described there.

Happy & Married is designed for personal growth and relationship support, but it is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or professional advice.

We do not guarantee any particular relationship outcome. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, H&M Ventures, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, emotional distress, or relationship outcomes) arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

You may stop using Happy & Married at any time. You may also request account and data deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Hanover County, North Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
